2024 Workshop and Training

The next Living Lab Workshop and Training will take place in Heilbronn and Karlsruhe in April 2024. It is co-organized by the Intersectoral School of Governance BW and the SPCE Hub in cooperation with Hochschule Karlsruhe – University of Applied Sciences.

Training Modules

  1. Living Lab basics, long-term vision, openness of innovation processes
  2. Methods and tools for the involvement of stakeholders
  3. Strategic planning and implementation of living labs
  4. Governance models for living labs
  5. Business models, financing and ownership of living labs
  6. Co-creation and experimentation in living labs
  7. Communication of the project results
 

In the course of the training, we will visit two Living Labs:
