Living Lab Workshops and Trainings
2024 Workshop and Training
The next Living Lab Workshop and Training will take place in Heilbronn and Karlsruhe in April 2024. It is co-organized by the Intersectoral School of Governance BW and the SPCE Hub in cooperation with Hochschule Karlsruhe – University of Applied Sciences.
Training Modules
- Living Lab basics, long-term vision, openness of innovation processes
- Methods and tools for the involvement of stakeholders
- Strategic planning and implementation of living labs
- Governance models for living labs
- Business models, financing and ownership of living labs
- Co-creation and experimentation in living labs
- Communication of the project results
In the course of the training, we will visit two Living Labs:
